'Can my friend take my entry if I can no longer participate? Yes.' Use the Race Roster transfer link and follow the prompts to 'Transfer to a new participant'. A $15 transfer fee applies. Name transfers end 11:59pm 29 Oct 2026 and are not permitted on event weekend. Sole Motive gives no refunds (only an event credit if you withdraw before 5pm 1 Oct, minus $15), so the event does not pay you back — you and the buyer settle the entry price privately.
