Use the Race Roster transfer link and choose 'Transfer to a new participant'. A $15 transfer fee applies. Name transfers close 11:59pm 19 Sep 2026 and are not permitted on event weekend. Sole Motive gives no refunds on transfer (only a credit note for withdrawal, minus $15, before 5pm 20 Aug), so the event does not repay you — you and the buyer settle the entry value between yourselves and only the $15 goes to the platform.
