What the organiser says

Entry fees are non-refundable, but you may transfer your entry to someone else. Do it yourself: log in to Race Roster and click Transfer (top right). The event does not refund you, so the two runners agree the price privately. Do it before online entries close (9 Sep 2026); after that a transfer is still accepted but an unspecified administration charge applies.

Late transfers

Official T&C: 'Transfers after online entries have closed will incur an administration charge.' A late transfer is possible, but the amount, method and final cut-off are NOT published. We don't hold a closing date for it, so we treat race day as the backstop.
