What the organiser says
Log in to 'My Registration', select 'Transfer Registration' and nominate your friend. They are emailed a link and must PAY THE CURRENT ADVERTISED ENTRY PRICE to the event for the transfer to process. Only then are you refunded your entry fee less a NZ$27 transfer fee (incl. fees and GST), charged to you as the withdrawing athlete. Same distance only. Transfers close 5:00pm NZT 30 Oct 2026. Giving your bib to someone is prohibited.
