What the organiser says
Confirmed: 'Participants can transfer their registration to another person… A transfer fee of $20 will apply. The new participant must register online using the unique transfer link provided after the original participant initiates the transfer.' Start it from your Event Plus account (Update Registration), which generates a unique link for the buyer. For 2026 the cut-off was midnight 1 March (six weeks out) — expect an equivalent date for 2027. The FAQ does not say who pays the $20 or whether the seller is refunded.
