Sign in to Race Roster, click Transfer → 'Transfer to a new participant' and enter the buyer's email; they get a link and complete the form. A $12 administration fee applies. Your original entry fee is credited at checkout against the new registration, so the buyer pays no fresh entry fee (only a distance-upgrade difference) and City-Bay does not refund you — the two of you settle the entry value privately. All changes must be done by 10:00am Sat 19 Sep 2026. Refund-protection insurance does NOT carry across to the buyer.
