At a glance
What the organiser says
Transfers run online through the event, with a final chance at the Transfers/Course Changes desk on race morning. Online, the incoming runner pays the current entry price and the original runner is refunded their entry less the $20 fee.
Late transfers
Race-morning transfers happen at the Transfers/Course Changes desk at registration outside Otford Primary School, open 7:15am–8:15am on 5 Sep 2026 — the replacement runner has to be there inside that hour. They must bring an email plus the registration details from the original entrant approving the transfer, and know the original bib number, but do NOT collect the original bib: a new number is issued at the desk. $40 admin fee, cash preferred. Nothing is refunded through Active in this phase, so the two runners settle the entry fee between themselves. It runs to 5 September 2026.
