What the organiser says

Log in to 'My Registration', choose 'Transfer Registration' and enter your friend's details. They get a link, complete the registration and pay the event the CURRENT advertised entry price for the same distance; only then does the transfer process and you are refunded your entry fee less a NZ$27 transfer fee. The two runners never exchange money — the event does. Transfers close 5:00pm NZT 13 Nov 2026, the day before the race. No distance changes; handing over your bib is banned.
