What the organiser says
The event handles the money. From your Race Roster confirmation email choose 'Transfer Registration' and nominate the buyer. They must complete the registration and waivers and pay the registration fee PLUS a $15 transfer fee. Once they have paid, you are automatically refunded your original entry fee. Transfers close 7 days before race day (24 Oct 2026). A transferred entry cannot be refunded or transferred again.
