Sunshine Coast Marathon transfer rules

What the organiser says
Two phases. ONLINE (until 5pm 22 Jul 2026): transfer via your Active account → Transfer to another person. The new participant registers and pays the CURRENT entry fee (not what you paid); your entry is cancelled and you are refunded your entry fee less a $20 transfer fee. Same distance only. IN PERSON (30 Jul – 1 Aug): $20 fee, but the money between buyer and seller is a private matter — Atlas is not involved in charging or refunding.
Late transfers
After 5pm 22 Jul the transfer must be done in person at the Transfers desk, Buhk Family Park (Thu 30 Jul 2–6pm, Fri 31 Jul 9am–5pm, Sat 1 Aug 8am–4pm). Atlas Events is explicitly NOT involved in the money — buyer and seller settle the price themselves. $20 fee at the desk (cash or card). Receiver gets a new bib; the original is deregistered. Receiver must hold the original entrant's confirmation email — screenshots not accepted. It runs to 1 August 2026.
