Sold out is not the end.
When a race sells out at the organiser, a transferred entry is the only way in. It only works while the race's transfer window is open, and through the organiser's own transfer process.
Upcoming races only. Updated 1 October 2026.
Which sold-out races can I still get into?
5 sold-out races havea transfer window that is still open. An entry listed on BibSwap is transferred through the organiser's own system, so the new runner is officially registered.

Holding an entry for one of these?
Runners are waiting. List your bib, or see every entry listed now.
Method: a race is shown as sold out when its organiser has closed entries for that distance. Sold-out status is recorded per distance, so a festival can appear here while other distances are still on sale. Transfer windows and deadlines come from BibSwap's transfer rules database. This covers only the races BibSwap tracks.
